Kickboxing

In our kickboxing program, we focus on the renowned Dutch style of kickboxing. Known for its powerful striking combinations and strong emphasis on both punches and kicks, Dutch kickboxing is dynamic and effective. It’s perfect for building cardio, coordination, and practical self-defense skills. Our classes bring the energy and precision of Dutch kickboxing straight to Newport Beach, helping students develop confidence and skill.

MMA

In our MMA program, we blend a diverse mix of martial arts disciplines, including elements from karate, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling. This integrated approach helps students become well-rounded, whether they’re training for competition or just for fun and fitness. Under Giga’s guidance, our MMA classes focus on practical self-defense, conditioning, and the confidence that comes with mastering multiple styles.

Kids’ Karate
