Class attendance is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability or other circumstances.

3. Safety and Conduct

All participants must follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by instructors. We reserve the right to terminate membership for any member who exhibits dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.

Participants train at their own risk and should consult with a physician before beginning any martial arts training program.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in classes and training at GIGAKICK, you acknowledge that martial arts training involves physical contact and inherent risks. You agree to waive any claims against GIGAKICK, its instructors, and staff for injuries sustained during training, except in cases of gross negligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and training materials, is the property of GIGAKICK Martial Arts Academy and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Photography and Media

By attending classes, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please notify us in writing.
